Spent Grain Bread

If you are a home brewer and you have grain leftover after your mash and you don’t know what to do with it, baking a couple loaves of bread is a great way to re-use the grain! It’s easy too!

Combine all ingredients and bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Make sure to spray the top of the bread with water every 7 minutes.

3 cups spent grain

1 cup water

1 tablespoon yeast

1/3 cup sugar

4 cups flour

Pinch of salt
